For all our paying customers, who bought a license and are experiencing any issue with the license itself or the licensed product, such as the impossibility to use the license or the way Trading Conceiver works with their historical data, we have a dedicated email address, that you can find in the desktop application as described in the license troubleshooting part of the manual. We don't publish it on the web site to avoid spam bots, which is for your convenience, too.Please note that, as stated above, this email is to be used only if you are experiencing any issue with the license or the licensed product.
It is for refund requests, too.
