Account Management

You need to create an account only if you buy a license.

In this section you will learn how to manage your account:

Account Management
Only through the desktop application
Account management can be accomplished only through the desktop application, i.e. Trading Conceiver. It's not possible to manage it through the web browser. This is for security reasons.
Forum
The forum account is different from the account needed for the application license and is managed through the forum web pages. You need a forum account only if you want to post content in the forum, not to read it. For security reasons, we strongly suggest that you use a different password for the forum account and the application account needed for the license. This is a best practice in general, but it holds even more so in this case, because you invest your money in the license and want to be sure no one else could access it fraudulently.

Follow these steps:

  • Enter a valid email address.
  • Enter a password.
  • Enter the password again.
  • Press the button:
      Create account
  • Go to the second step.
Multiple account
Although the creation of more than one account is permitted, we discourage it. If you just want to use a different email, you can change it as many times as you desire: just select the tab

  • Enter the current email
  • Enter the new email
  • Enter the password
  • Press the button:
      Change email
  • Go to the second step.

  • Enter the new password
  • Enter the new password again
  • Press the button:

Follow these steps:

Second Step

Click the Link in the Email

Click the Link in the Email After you submit the request for the operation you are performing, we will send you an email with a confirmation link. In this second step phase, you have to open the email in your preferred email application and click the link in order to confirm the operation.
Email Address
The address we send the mail to, is the email you selected in the first step. In the case of Change email operation, the code is sent to the New email, not the Current email.
Confirmation
Upon clicking the confirmation link, your default web browser will open a page on our website, confirming the operation has been successfully completed.

About the Password

Password Policy

The password must satisfy the following rules:
  • It must be at least 8 characters long.
  • It cannot exceed 128 characters.
  • It can contain:
    • uppercase letters (A-Z)
    • lowercase letters (a-z)
    • digits (0-9)
    • spaces (so pass-phrases are allowed)
    • the symbols: dash (-) and underscore ( _ )
  • No leading nor trailing spaces are allowed.

Password Generator

Generate a password If you need it, we provide you with a password generator. Just press the button:

You can use the generated password in the form. Copy and paste it in a safe place where you can retrieve it, regardless of the status of the check-box
  Remember password
because if you un-check the box, the password will be deleted from the memory of your client.

The 'Remember password' Option

The 'Remember password' option By checking this box, the application will remember the last valid password you typed in when making any request to the server, i.e. in account and license management operations. Although it's convenient to make the application remember your password, it is safer not to. If you uncheck this box, upon closing the Account window, the password will be deleted from the internal keystore.
