Troubleshooting
If you incur any problem / bug / error with Trading Conceiver, try the following in order to solve it.Update to the Latest Version
Update Trading Conceiver to the latest version. Maybe that bug has already been fixed. Updating is always free of charge.Re-install from Scratch
Sometimes re-installing from scratch the application might solve some malfunctions. This is so for any application. In particular do that if the update feature for some reason doesn't work.First uninstall Trading Conceiver through the usual Windows utilities.
Then download the latest version of Trading Conceiver and install it again.
Restart the Computer
Restarting the computer is always a good preliminary idea.Close All Applications
Try to close all other running applications before starting Trading Conceiver. If you have many of them open, your computer might run out of memory.Antivirus
Check if your antivirus is blocking Trading Conceiver in any way. The antivirus behavior could change upon an automatic update of the antivirus.Internet Connection
For some operations, like account and license management, Trading Conceiver needs an internet connection. Make sure yours is active.Forum

Install a license
Check if the license has expired.
Remember that the license is personal and can be installed only on a very limited number of computers.
